Terms & Conditions

Parties & scope
These Terms govern services provided by SiteReady (“Provider”) to the client (“Client”). Services are defined in the signed proposal and may include design, development, integrations, content setup and maintenance.

 

Fees & payment
Fees are as stated in the Proposal. A non-refundable deposit of 11,11% is required to start work. Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of Services.

Deliverables & timelines
Deliverables and deadlines are set in the Proposal and assume timely client input and approvals. Client delays may extend delivery and incur extra costs.

Revisions & change orders
The Proposal includes revision rounds. Additional changes that affect scope or timeline will be handled via written change orders and billed accordingly.

Ownership & IP
On full payment, SiteReady transfers ownership of the final deliverables specified in the Proposal. SiteReady retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates and reusable code. Client is responsible for third-party licenses and content rights.

Domains & hosting
Domains and hosting are separate services. If SiteReady registers a domain for Client, ownership and renewal terms will be clarified in the Proposal and ownership transferred on request after fees are settled.

Maintenance & support
Maintenance plans (if purchased) cover updates, backups and monitoring as described in the plan. SiteReady will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

​

Third-party services
Site integrations (payment gateways, booking engines, plugins) are subject to third-party terms. SiteReady

configures integrations but is not liable for third-party outages or charges.

​

Liability & indemnity
SiteReady’s total liability is limited to fees paid under the Proposal. Client indemnifies SiteReady for claims arising from client-supplied content or violations of third-party rights.

​

Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 3 days after notice. On termination Client pays for work completed to date.
