Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
No refunds
All sales for services provided by SiteReady are final. We do not offer refunds for design, development, hosting, maintenance plans, or other professional services once payment has been made.
Deposits and payments
A non-refundable deposit (as stated in the project proposal) is required to start work. Final payments are due according to the payment schedule in the proposal and are also non-refundable.
Cancellations & project suspension
If the Client requests to cancel a project before completion, SiteReady will stop work upon receipt of written notice. The Client remains liable for all work performed, expenses incurred, and any non-refundable third-party costs up to the date of termination. Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full.
Remedies & service corrections
Although we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering quality work. If you are not satisfied with the delivered services, please contact us at myperjourney@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer reasonable revisions, fixes or alternative remedies at our discretion.
Third-party products and subscriptions
Payments for third-party products (domains, premium plugins, booking engines, payment processors, etc.) are subject to the refund/cancellation policies of those third parties. SiteReady is not responsible for refunds on third-party purchases.
Chargebacks and disputed payments
Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider for services rendered without first contacting SiteReady may be considered a breach of contract. In the event of a chargeback, SiteReady reserves the right to contest the chargeback and seek recovery of amounts owed, including any administrative fees.
Legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable (for example, consumer protections in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived). If local law requires a refund in certain circumstances, SiteReady will comply with those legal obligations.
